Class Counsel have Obtained Billions of Dollars in Recoveries for Clients
The lawsuit is being prosecuted by some of the country’s top antitrust and class action law firms and lawyers. In July 2015, the Court appointed Berger Montague PC, Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll PLLC, and Joseph Saveri Law Firm, Inc. to be interim “Co-Lead Counsel” for the proposed class. The Court’s order means that these three law firms are responsible for overseeing and performing work to advance the litigation on behalf of all plaintiffs and proposed class members. In addition to Co-Lead Counsel, there are also other law firms involved in the lawsuit, including Kemp Jones LLP and Warner Angle Hallam Jackson & Formanek PLC, among others.
